Corsair H100i V2 (CPU cooler)

Corsair CX 650 M (650 watts)

PNY Anarchy 8gb x 2

PNY GTX 1070 XLR8 (dual fan)

Samsung Pro 240 gb SSD (boot drive, everything but games)

Team Group 240 fun SSD (games storage)

1x NZXT fan 2x CORSAIR fan 1x Rosewill Blue fan

Windows 10 64 Bit

Computer was working perfectly fine before moving to a new case (NZXT S340 Elite)  and adding the CPU cooler and the Team Group SSD. Now when I boot my computer it can load windows and I can login and even run the internet and steam. However after about 5-10 minutes (it varies) the screen will black out and keyboard light and sometimes but not all the time the mouse light will go out. As it’s dying the fan RPMs will jump to max for less than 1 second. After it dies the fans and RGB lights will still run. Also CPU is not overheating causing the crash a program tells me CPU temp is 35c at crash. At first I thought it was a power issue but I bought a new PSU from a 500w to a 650w hoping that was the issue. However it is not. I am completely at a loss for solutions at this point. My last resort is formatting my SSDs and reinstalling windows, however that is not ideal for obvious reason. Please help anybody help...

picture is my build because I’m super proud and maybe it’ll help looking at it...

Thanks I’ll format and reinstall windows this weekend and if it still don’t work I’ll buy a new MoBo maybe it’s an ASUS issue. I’m just at a loss for why it worked perfectly until I swapped cases and added 2 small upgrades. Maybe it is a voltage problem I’ll try reinstalling the original Ryzen cpu cooler and see if that’s it. It’s super frustrating to have a $1,000 + brick

@Doomerson I already set a letter to my drive in windows I believe it’s the D drive with my boot being C.

@Noobie22 I can’t figure out how to launch safe mode from the BIOS on this board do you know how? Also glowing rig pics, its a good board I like it looks real nice! Also presently surprised with Ryzen 5 used to be purely team blue

I dont think you can launch to safe mode from bios, why would you like to do it? If you can get to desktop you can go and use "Change advanced startup options" and use "Advanced startup" or you can boot pc and try to use buttons such as F8 at startup when windows loads to get to safe mode. You have reinstalled windows yet? You can do it on desktop when you search "Reset this pc" and click "get started". But if you want to try, go safe mode and boot and see if the pc does the black screen, then you would know that its not a program issue, since safe mode wont allow any program to automatically start
