monitor Monitor with White Screen

So I order a 27" AOC I2769VM Monitor off Amazon andf it's just arrived today, but when i connected it to my PC the screen is just showing white. If i look at it from above however i can faintly see the main desktop screen. Not really sur e how to fix it as i've burned my eyes out trying to read and scroll through all the settings on the OSD there's been no change. Someone please help!

Did you have a different monitor connect before? Do you have another set of cables you can try?

This is the only monitor I have. I get the exact same thing when I connect it to my laptop as well. Tried with both HDMI and DisplayPort cables

Sounds to me like monitor is faulty, maybe try contacting customer support.
