Best cheap monitors

Gaming on a budget has always been a hobby of mine, I currently use a tv as my monitor, and I figured it's about time for an upgrade.

I have found some monitors, but does anyone know of any good monitors for HD quality with either freesync or a high refresh rate?

Try Searching eBay for Crossover monitor or Wasabi Mango. some pretty interesting items.
