Monitor Choice

Hi all:

 

As a frequent user of a 720p, 60hz, 15" screened laptop, I've found 2 monitors each with a good trait, both at the same price (about £150):

144Hz@1080p, 27" (http://amzn.eu/g1XgnPW) or

75Hz@1440p, 27" (http://amzn.eu/bVEXYYI).

Alternatively, is there a better monitor for £150 that you would recommend over these two?
