Hi guys, 

 

this is is my second build and I thought I’d have a bit of fun trying to turn this old NEC powermate into a half decent machine. I’m looking forward to the challenge of building in a bit of a weird case (I already have one issue regarding a power supply but I think I’ve got it sorted) and will probably be seeking a bit of advice from you guys and girls if I run into any issues. 

 

I’ll be updating this regularly over the next few weeks or so. 

 

I look forward to hearing what advice you can offer ?

that looks like a perfectly normal ATX PSU? well if its not, just use some of this stuff:

Bildresultat för 3m foam tape

 

and stick it to the top xD 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

That’s what I thought when I was looking at it but I took it all apart and yeah, deffo not a standard part, I’ve ordered a sfx psu  which should fit in there better (hopefully)
