Do what, it's like a 2 sec clip. The flickering lines?

Don't know? How about you explain how often it happens. If you have G-sync enabled, Etc.

every time it starts up and yes i do have it on

Not sure, maybe the panel boots up a few milliseconds before the g-sync module is actually ready. Unless it starts doing weird stuff beyond the boot-up, I wouldn't worry just yet.
