This would be the best option I think.

Although, you could probably find an auction on ebay for something like a used r7 260x for a simlar price as a 1030, which would be quite a bit better of an option.

Here I m sharing a $500 PC build.....nd save $200 fr a decent GPU....search online on the used market for GTX 980/980TI/970/780TI. GTX 970-980-780ti go around from $120-180. Also try hard to find a 980ti fr about $200-300.
