Any owners of the Thermaltake Floe Riing premium edition 360mm AIO cooler,

 

What are the noise levels of the pump. Can pump speed be controlled like corsair coolers, i have a ocrsir h100iv2 and the pump speed is on the quiet mode. How much louder will the thermaltake pump be, it says it is 3600rpm which is insanely fast,

 

Anyone who owns one please tell me how quiet they are. Can you hear the pump when you are next to your pc.
