which page ? are you talking about in this paragraph . !

(by default it's 1 Ether, but they allow you to set it as low as 0.05 Ether.  To do this, go to the Settings tab on your page, type in the threshold you want, and also paste in your IP number (that's how they make sure it's you changing your settings and not some random).  You'll know it's the right one (the one they're expecting) if the last numbers shown match.  Hit "Save" and you should be ready to go )

Assuming you're mining to a pool like nanopool or ethermine (if at all) you'll get the ETH (Ethereum) to the wallet you specified in the settings once you reach the minimum payout. By using "ethereum money" you mean buy actual things, it's very unlikely that you'll find any place that accepts it yet, although Coinbase has PayPal-like service for paying for goods with crypto, so if you find a website using that you could do that. You can buy and sell ETH on various exchanges which you can find a list of on coinmarketcap.com, CryptoCompare and CoinGecko.

GTX 1070:

https://beta.ethermine.org/miners/0f0983C390B50d00972BdE8Ad9DB4ee069f8c00b/dashboard

I havent mined for a few days, but it still says that the esitmated earing per month is about 50 dollars, so with a 1060 you will get 30-40, BUT if you dont sell right away, but keep the ethereum and sell later you will probably get much more.

With free electricity there's little reason not to mine when you're not gaming on the card. I'd recommend checking a website like WhatToMine to see which coin is worth it to mine and stick with that coin: right now it looks like Ethereum was a good choice. I assume you're mining with Claymore, but I'd personally recommend PhoenixMiner or just straight ethminer for Nvidia cards because I've had better results with my GTX 1060 3GB with them over Claymore.

Personally I'm mining ZClassic (ZCL) with bminer because there's a hard fork of it and Bitcoin (BTC) called Bitcoin Private (BTCP) with a 1:1 ratio of BTC to BTCP and ZCL to BTCP at the time of the fork. I don't, I repeat, don't know how it's going to work out or if this is a good choice, but we'll see.

Probably is a key phrase when it comes to the price of crypto because it changes very quickly. I watched my wallet go from $120 to $90 within a week during the recent crash.

Can we get a link to the website you're mining on? It highly depends on whether you're mining on a PPLNS pool or solo.

With ethermine (this is a PPLNS pool) specifically, once you hit the minimum unpaid threshold (between 0.05 and 10eth, you get to choose), it will pay you or if you have a balance with more than 0.01eth and 7 days has passed, it will also pay you (i.e. as I mine about 0.023eth/week, instead of waiting till I have a balance of 0.05eth, it pays me every Sunday@00:10~).

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

AFAIK nanopool won't do payout until you hit the minimum payout unlike how ethermine will pay you if you have at least 0.01 and it's been a week (source). With nanopool, shortly after you hit 0.05 (assuming you set it to that minimum) you'll be paid to the address that you specified. I think it might be possible to message nanopool and request a manual payout, but I haven't tried that yet.

You could just mine on ethermine if you don't like what you hear about nanopool. As for mining ZClassic that's completely up to you, again I'm extremely skeptical how the BTCP fork will work out.
