Are you plugging your headphones all the way into the headphone jack? In the past I've experienced something similar to what you're describing and it turned out I hadn't plugged it in all the way.

May be the port is damaged. If you do have realtek then the good thing is you can assign a different jack. I suggest try that.

 

edit.. ah nm. just remembered front panel also not working

yep   just test it just made one side loder or s quiter

Uninstall current driver and install latest driver from realtek website.

Maybe windows update screwed your installations. Happened to me once.
