Two version of Windows

Go to solution Solved by NumLock21,

Go to Msconfig, then boot and delete the unwanted entry.

This too, from https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-performance/how-to-change-windows-7-boot-manager-options-to/0d5f2508-a70f-4a3a-a10c-4388a1acc34b?auth=1

1. Click Start

2. Click Control Panel

3. Click System and Security

4. Click System

5. Click Advanced System Settings (On left pane), then click on Advanced tab

6. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings

7. Now, uncheck "Time to display list of Operating systems" then click on Apply and Ok.

This is assuming the top option is the one you want.
