So I upgraded my computer over a year ago and now all the sudden if I boot it the first time will give me a blue screen and after that everything boots up fine.

now I looked up solutions online they all say that you need to go to device manager and update the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers now I did that and it did not work and I think it is because of the reason that my IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers are 2 controllers both called "Standard SATA AHCI Controller" and I really don't know what to do right now can someone help me?

Try turning your drives to ide. Is the bsod cosd somthing like "boot_drive_inacessible" if so the ide mode may fix it, and to get it to ahci you have to do some registry edits

CPU: Ryzen 1700@3.9ghz; GPU: EVGA 560 Ti 1gb; RAM: 16gb 2x8 Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000; PCPP: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/b3xzzM

I changed to ide in the BIOS and the I got a blue screen that says boot_drive_inacessible and after that it tried to do a windows automatic repair.
