Task manager can't see

You could try this:

1- Windows key + X

2- Command prompt (open as Admin)

3- Typ in: SFC /scannow

4- Enter

5- Reboot pc

Im going to assume that processes page is completely blank and you didnt photoshop it to remove any details for anonymity, therefore, i love the fact peoples response are "use the other tab" when clearly, theres an issue causing no processes to display on the 1st tab. 

 

However i myself have never experienced this issue.

Have you tried this already?

Most of the times that command resolves that kinda of issues.
