I have to RMA my laptop because the screen cracked what should I expect from Razer Support. I've heard bad things about it, but I'm out of options. Destroy my expectations lol

Don't expect it to be the last RMA.

NA should be similar to EU. That would mean around 3-5 business days for the repair (excluding shipping). Afterwards, they'll send you a quote, which you'll have to sign. Once you signed it I believe you will get an invoice via PayPal. As its CID you'll probably have to fork out money for all shipping costs, labour and parts.

Apparently it was covered via warranty, since its only the glass layer that is damaged
