I was trying to make my Dad one and I made a deadly mistake, well a couple. At first the CPU needed to be RMA'd. Then when I got it back I put it in with out raising the retention arm...

 

 

And I got a Biostar Mobo, the worst mistake of all

The first time I built a PC I forgot to plug in one of the connectors to the motherboard and sent it to the goddamn shop cause I thought it was broken. I didn't know you need two different PSU cables, one on top and one on the right.

 

Moral of the story if you have any problems post it here first instead of making an ass of yourself at the shop...
