Drag and drop doesn't work properly

Hello  guys, I assembled my pc from scratch a couple months ago and when I use drag and drop specifically from the desktop to a folder(even if the folder is located on the desktop) instead of moving it to the folder by default it creates a copy of whatever I'm dragging, I have and ssd for the of and a regular drive for storage, the folders "desktop", "downloads", "music", ect on the hdd, does anyone knows what's going on, it is getting really annoying.

You can change the defaults by changing settings or temporarily change the settings using key sequences.
