Gaming monitor on a budget

I am new to pc gaming and am looking to purchase a gaming monitor for as little money as possible as i am on a budget. Alternatively, i can play my pc games on a tv screen temporarily. I am looking to play games like fortnite and csgo. Any recommendations or advice?

Did you already build your PC? If so what CPU/GPU and what's the budget for your monitor and what country are you in?
