Capacitor ripped off of motherboard

Hi,

I have had a budget-PC for a little over 2 years now. It has an Intel Core 2 Quad Q900, with an old Intel DP45SG motherboard. When I was doing some cable management work after I replaced my old 750ti with a 1060 3gb, I knocked off a capacitor next to the RAM slots. I didn't know what to do so I tried to boot up the system and it gave me an error code that suggested a RAM issue (3 Long Beeps at startup.) I instantly freaked out and tried to solder it back in. Sadly, the legs of the capacitor were torn off. I have already tried looking for a replacement capacitor, but it has no information on it that would suggest its voltage or anything of the sort. After many tries, I finally got the system to post and then boot, but it is still incredibly unstable. Sometimes it'll just reset in the middle of me doing anything, other times, it'll take me multiple attempts to get it to post. I would like to avoid a full upgrade of my computer, however I will do it if it is necessary... 

Any suggestions as to what I should do?

If you can't replace the capacitor, you'll need to replace the board.

If you can't find a compatible cap, you may be hooped.  how many sticks of ram do you have, have you tried moving your ram into different dimm slots on the board just in case that cap may specific to only to one  of the dimm slots and the board may work if you move the ram into the different dimm slots??

post a picture of the ripped off cap please :) If you can't identify it, I'd replace it with a 1000µF 16V rated cap. Those capacitors are very likely just there to smoothe out the voltage going to the RAM so its ratings aren't *that* important. This is just me wild guessing here though.

I seem to have misplaced the capacitor, but here is an image of its place on the board, and 4 other caps that are the same.
