nope, i am in georgia :) there are lots of strange things there, i have i5 3470 3,20GHZ CPU , which i think is 22nm cpu , so this gskrills that he is giving me are 1866 mhz , so there wont be any problem right?

Nope. It's fine. As long as your motherboard supports it, but anyway you'r probably fine.
