well budget don't kill the bank  all color silk but tad bit of rainbow

you definetley need an ssd and possibly a little more hdd storage incase you need a little more and its pretty cheap. Probably also increase the speed of the RAM compared to the other parts and I reallly think you should go for a better graphics card considering you're using an i7 8700K and at least 3,000 mhz ram

Also, that 1060 is overpriced by 100%.  Consider a 1050 Ti at ~$200 (only ~40% overpriced) until the market stabilizes.

Get an SSD.  Consider an 8th gen i5 instead of the i7 if you are just gaming.

 

Consider going 2-4tb for gaming.  1tb will frustrate you with new games being 100gb+.

I mean ill be doing more then gaming and i dont want to upgrade i5 later but ssd i think i should do

all of that and no ssd? i'd get a seasonic focus or corsair TX550M instead of the photon.

hmmm, well everything seems a little unbalanced if it's revolving around the gpu, whats the purpose cause it may make sense to get all that other power depending everything you will use it for, pls tell me anything you will use it for no matter how dumb because it may really need the extra power

well gaming, video editing, photoshop,  3 screens and thats it.

Hex core i5 will cover 90% of general usage and misc workloads, wont hurt game performance, and is significantly cheaper.

 

Adobe products will not always leverage HT either in my experience.

OK, drop down on the GPU a step and save the money, I might consider dropping to an 8th gen i5 as well. With the money you save, buy an SSD, a bigger HDD and upgrade the PSU a bit, i'd say 650 minimum so you have headroom for uprgradability

I bet if people checked the reviews of the NZXT Kraken X62 on Newegg, they might stop recommending it. They are horrible. Corsair H115i Pro is a much better product. 

 

Dont skimp on the PSU, get a Seasonic Focus Gold unit. Under $100, 10 year warranty, fully modular and a hybrid fan option. 

 

The money you save by getting an 8600k could be spent on a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB.
