Black Border Issue around Edge of monitor

I recently noticed a black border around my BenQ monitor and was wondering how to fix it. I've tried all the usual methods of updating drivers, as well as the suggested method of using the overscan feature, but was unsuccessful. I'm using a 1050ti GPU, any other suggestions?

Can you submit a screenshot not taken with a phone? If the screenshot shows nothing, then its definitely an issue with the monitor (which I think it is). If the monitor is the issue, see if there are potentially any drivers or something like that. Otherwise, It'll most likely be a hardware failure and you'll have to RMA if in warranty or replace.
