Blue lockscreen after booting up

Recently my computer stopped loading the background picture of the lockscreen after booting up, and it would show a solid blue color instead of the background selected.

I checked whether some stuff got resetted in the personalisation settings, but they seem normal:

What happens basically is that the hour and the date show up correctly, but instead of the ROG logo a solid blue background appears. This remains true also when inserting the password to log into Windows.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
