Black screen problem

hey guys im recently experiencing a weird when im web browsing or starting a youtube video espically the screen goes black and comes back normal in 2 seconds and the rest of the video is normal this happened to me on all web browsers but while playing games everything is normal.

system specs:

i5 2400 8gb ram 1tb hdd and gtx 1050ti and nothing is overclocked(changed the hdmi twice nothing happened still have the same problem)

What happens if you use integrated graphics?

I think those are just stupid ads causing that.

I get that if I'm on facebook for too long.

 

Maybe use an ad blocker and just white list the stuff you support like Linustechtips of course and all of that.
