blue tooth receiver

just wondering if something exists, basically I have a 3 piece speaker set attached to my TV via the 3.5 jack the speakers came with into the headphone port on the TV, I then tell the TV which audio out to use when I want the speakers for music or if I just want the TV speakers for whatever I'm doing at the time, now what I want to do it add in a way to use the speakers with my phone to save me having to boot one of the PC's just to listen to music, so need something with a 3.5mm input or optical also works so I can plug in the TV, 3.5mm output so I can connect the speakers, they only work with the 3.5mm and a blue tooth connection to I can just play off my phone of an afternoon, I know this is something I can do buying a full surround receiver, but they are expensive for what I want to do, not sure if it might be easier to just buy a blue tooth speaker but thought I would check if this would work, as the speaker set is fairly decent and would be nice to be able to use them.

would like a wired input as well as bluetooth so the TV can stay connected  although if I could get an 3.5 splitter so I could have 2 inputs to the speakers this would work great?

I believe that will work with that adapter, there are some audio switchers with remotes too

not overly fussed about having a remote, I have to switch the speakers on anyway so will just have the switch next to that for when I need it.

So for anyone wanting to do a similar thing, this worked great with the above linked switch and receiver, although I did go for the version with 2RCA ports as the speakers and switch both use it so made sense for me.
