iPhone hotspot help

I’m trying to connect to the internet on my Windows XP computer using my IPhones hotspot. I’ve connected it before but I forgot and can’t figure out how to do it.

Firstly, why in the world are you STILL using XP? That OS is outdated and vulnerable.
