So, ive been a laptop  and console user for years, and before that only having family desktops in the early 2000's late 90's shout out Sony Vaio, im wanting to get into pc gaming, and using a pc on my tv in my bedroom since i dont have any space for a desk ( read i have too big of a funko collection) and i want to know whats a reasonable budget i should start saving for , to get a wireless keyboard, mouse, controller,  computer, with software,  in usd, for a i think this is the name of the size Itx, or is it M-itx? my tv is a 4k hdr tv from lg, but i plan on doing like 1080p  on medium or high settings, would it be useable for this? and thanks in advanced, for the ideas of budget, i should expect while planning out my first build.

To get anything half decent for gaming you'll need at least 1000 USD.

 

Used market is the best place to get a GPU these days, something along the lines of a GTX 780Ti or GTX 970 and above would be a good option.

Prices are insane, mate. I mean you could step down a couple hundred dollars, but you'd be able to put off upgrading for a while longer if you just started high.

 

I'm gonna need another 8Gb memory and another hard drive for my main rig(specs in signature) by the end of the year....

This should do the trick, you'll definitely have to hit up the used market for GPUs. I would strongly advise staying away from Ebay, GPU prices there are absolutely insane. Craigslist is probably the best place to go.
