Hey guys i was just wondering about csgo if i have a usp skin and i equip it in the inventory can i use it in surf for looks? thanks

as long as the server does not have a weapon skin plugin yes

Yes, some servers have plugins that allow you to use yours skins even though its team dependant

why tho play on a ws server and you can use any skin you want

Part of the reason skins are popular is not just looks but also a certain amount of prestige. People complimenting you on your skin, if you can pick any skin you want due to a pluggin you lose that.
