Mineral Oil and Helium Drives

Not sure if it has been asked or talked about before but couldn't one of those Helium Drives that are sealed survive in Mineral Oil?

Not an issue of why would I do it just a question of could I do it without killing the drives like Linus did in his Watercooled Helium Drives video.

Yes they could since mineral oil is non-conductive. Although like Linus proved in his video, there isn't much point to liquid cool a hard drive except for bragging rights.
