NEED HELP! - New Z370-E 8700k Build won't POST.

So, I have a problem, and I can't seem to solve it.

I've just finished building up my new PC (minus the graphics card, I'll be saving up for that), and I can't seem to get it to POST (Nothing shows up on the monitor and lights on my Corsair K70 (keyboard) don't fire up either.)

I've plugged everything in (the only thing plugged into the CPU is the EATXPWR and 8PIN CPU Power) and I switch the computer on, the motherboard RGB works, but the DRAM light on Z370-E is glowing a devilish yellow.

I don't know what the problem is, I've tried reconfiguring the RAM several times in several ways, including using only 1 stick. Also, the chassis fans don't start up either, but the CPU fans power up just fine.

Any advice given would be great as I'm at a loss here.

The spec is:

MB: Asus ROG Strix z370-E

CPU: Intel 8700k (OEM)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz ver 5.31

SSD: Samsung 960 Evo 500GB

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

PSU: Corsair HX1000i

Chassis: CoolerMaster COSMOS C700p

Thanks guys.

Well, go on your motherboard and see what the yellow light means. On my build my motherboard was broke. So I went to micro center and bought a new motherboard just in case and a little speaker that plugs into the internal IO connectors. They would beep in a certain way so you know if it was broken or not. I’ll look into it again so I can give you a better answer

The little yellow light is definitely the DRAM light. I don't have a speaker though so I don't get any feedback beeps when booting.

Are all the connections to power supply fully plugged in?

Yes, I believe so. There are only two cables plugged into the PSU, and the connections to the motherboard seem perfectly fine.

Well then go in your BIOS manual and check what it means, I think you made the same novice mistake as me, I installed all of my hardware realized it didn’t work, had to take it all back out to test. If the DRAM light doesn’t help. Go to micro center buy one of those speakers and see what’s wrong.

I live in the UK so we don't have a Micro Centre here, so I'll have to find my nearest equivalent. When you took it all back out, I assume you removed absolutely everything from the chassis, or you just unplugged it all then plugged it back in?

I removed the CPU to find bent pins on the socket, should I send the Motherboard back or attempt to fix the pins myself?

Send it back, go to a near microcenter or PC store and buy the motherboard
