It has what I like to call "Blacklight: Retribution"-disease. All environments and even the characters are covered in fake-looking metallics and cheapish bump mapping. It looks horrid. Also, it's third person, ewww. The idea is cool though, but it would actually be better as an FPS. Developers are just so scared of doing melee-centric games in FPS because it's hard to make it feel right. But if successful, it becomes a lot more competitive than a 3PS can be. Just look at Natural Selection 2.
