MSI live update 6

So many people told me I shouldn't update my BIOS by MSI live update 6. My question is shouldn't I do it? Option Mflash in BIOS doesn't work, computer is just rebooting. And if you could tell me why i shouldn't do update with that programme.

You can use either one. I've last updated MSI with Windows tool. Both have as big risk of not working or bricking BIOS. There are just purists who can't understand what middle ground means.

 

What is your issue with M-Flash? Same might happen with Windows tool too. Did you follow instructions on how to do update?

The issue is that i open BIOS, i choose option mflash there's message that system will reboot and enter flash mode but system is rebooting and nothing happens.

Have you tried to go directly into M-Flash from POST screen?
