Laptop Advice

Hi guys,

 

New to the forum and was looking for some advice and would be great if you guys can help me. I am looking for a gaming laptop and would love some feedback on something i have found. 

I am based in the UK and looking for a budget gaming laptop (£700-850). obvioulsy i know i wont be able to afford the best specs but as long as it rungs AAA titles i will be happy. 

 

Looking into this i found the Medion eRazer X7847

 

This is from a store based company that also sells in ebay and currently today they have 10% (up to £75). so this makes this laptop £775 (about $1085).

17.3" Full HD Display

Apart from comments of "heavy" and "loud fans"... what do you expect from a gaming laptop! 

 

It looks good. Covered by warranty too so maybe worth a punt.

Yeah i never understand why people complain about weight on a gaming laptop. Bit like complaining the battery life is lower than usual. Only issue is medion are exactly the best build quality but i susppose that is covered by the warranty.

I haven't got a clue who they are but there is positive feedback on them and the components look good. Often with gaming laptops brand becomes less relevant.

Great deal, however I can't identify what ODM model is the laptop using so it may have issues like awful fan control and high temps.
