No display no beep without ram

So my pc stopped workimg the other day after i turned it off came back then it turned on and off now i have it to the point where it doesnt loop by reseting cmos however no display and when i takeout ram no beeps 

Specs 

Intel i5 4690k

Mobo gigabyteZ87x UD5H

Ram 1600 16gb
