Whats with the Win8 Task Manager

Why does task manager say that the Speed is 5.2 GHz? Is it an estimation of something or is it just wrong.

You've got boost power!

In seriousness, your CPU is using turbo boost feature which clocks your CPU faster. It's like Nvidia GPU Boost thing on it's recent cards, but for CPU... and from Intel.

I've notice that task manger is sometime incorrect as my PC has 16.GB RAM and it shows that i only have 15 .GB.

To be honest, I'm not sure; I can not check the system settings on the bios due to it been locked.
