SteamVR doesn't launch.

It doesn't launch, like the toolbar icon thing in the corner which shows your headset, sensors, and base stations. 

It just doesn't show up, and when I click the VR button again it just says "SteamVR is already running".

I've tried reinstalling both steam and steamvr, unpluggin and replugging everything (even the base stations and everything connected to the PC and breakout box).

Please help!!!
