Sup guys, I am planning to build my own gaming pc with some media related like OBS, Photshop and Lightroom. I am not familiar with the magic numbers and letters on pc parts so I spend time on researching, what they're for, which is the best, etc. And I came up with this build.

Im not an overclocker guy and I just play some not that powerful games like dota2, pubg, cs:go, etc. Im not planning to play some AAA titles games like Gta V, battlefield, tomb raider, etc (remove the gamer in me if you want). I just want to play games at their highest resolution with ease and comfort.

And Im trying to budget some parts here so I didnt go for what is the latest. I picked parts that will do the work but still gives a good performance.

And I need help if these parts will fit on my chosen case because its a compact thingy so I need to double check those sizes and spacing.

Feel free to say or comment anything. I need some opinions here.

CPU- i7-7700   *i7-7500 or i7-7600 if compatible*

MoBo- Asus Strix H270f

CPU Cooler- Nzxt x52 rev2

GPU- Asus GeForce 1060 6GB

Ram- Crucial Ballistix sport LT 8gb (1x8gb) DDR4-2666

Storage- Whatever nomal 250gb ssd and 1tb hhd

PSU- Corsair RMx 550w 80+ gold fully modular. (Should i go low?)

Case- Fractual design Meshify C

spec of monitor?

Getting 7th gen is a bad idea because it's an old platform. 8th gen or Ryzen is better.

Water cooler but not overclocking? What a waste of money.

Noted on the cpu.

So watercooling is nah if not overclocking.

Will it affect the not overclock cpu if I still use it? Coz it looks good tho hehe so Its for the showoff purpose.

I havent chosen a monitor yet.

What about the spacing inside the case with given components, will a 240mm front rad plus 298mm gpu would fit?

If you are willing to pay for the looks then I dont have much to say.

It can, someone did just that

That said, I myself is against using a premium graphics card for a mid range GPU like a 1060. That said I cant judge when it comes to looks

I dont quite get you here. Is graphics card and gpu is different? (Sorry for the innocence) or I just read that wrong?

GPU is the computing core, which means I have a GTX 1070. Graphics card includes the core and the rest, like cooler, fans, power delivery etc, which means I have an Asus GTX 1070 Dual. That easier to understand?
