If I already have a 120 gb ssd and a 500 gb HDD, should I get a hybrid drive to replace the 500 gb HDD?

what are you aiming fore more capacity or speed?

Why a hybrid? Why not just get a 1TB for $60? They're pretty cheap since the flood.

I'm looking for speed not the amount.
