tempered glass side window failed

hi guys, need help with my side window/full tempered glass 

 

i give exact size but wrong thickness,,, i didn't know that "T8" was so fracking thick TT

 

any suggestion how to make it attached to my case, there's no hole in the glass coz the original side window was made from acrylic with 6 holes for screws but its was too close to the edge so i can't make it with this tempered glass.

and any suggestions also about covering the edge of my case (see pictures)

No easy way, use really strong double sided tape

You could make some metall frame in which you will slide the glass, something U shaped, you will slide in the glass from top. Then you will have some mounts going on the case from the frame.
