PC suddenly doesn't recognize USB's and External Hard drive

My laptop suddenly doesn't recognize my 2 usb's and my hard drive but when I put them in my other laptop, they are working...The usb ports are not dead, mouse and printer works with that ports.

Is this a USB 2.0 or 3.0 or 3.1 port? What kind of USB version is your flash drives and hard drive?
