upgrade help

So. I recently completely upgraded my PC last November/December (other than the GPU cause damn those expensive) and I wanted to upgrade from my old 21.5 inch (give or take) HP monitor that was bundled with the old pre-built system i used to use. I know that I want my new monitor to be 1080p and 27" and have one in mind, the Samsung S27F350FHE, but i cant find any reviews or other posts in other places about it. Have any of you had any experience with it that you could share your thoughts? Or possibly other similar monitors within the same price range (around $250~ AUD). An IPS/PLS panel would be preferred but I could probably settle for TN or something if I dont have much other choice.

 

I don't care for FreeSync because I dont have an AMD GPU, nor G-Sync because that is when monitors get pretty pricey and my current GPU isn't worth getting a monitor with it.
