Will different memory latency effect performance?

I picked up Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2 x 8GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 a few months i was trying to get the same stick but then I noticed that the memory latency on my current one is 16-18-18-36 was going to buy another set but noticed its now 16-19-19-36 will this minor change effect performance I am a little bit paranoid with a lot of hardware changes now.

are you out of system memory? most consumers don't need more than 8...

You should be fine on latencies, just make sure the slower one is in the primary DIMM slot.

finished my new build before the holiday I have a tempered glass side panel I don't like seeing 2 empty slots
