Different BSOD Error Everytime!

For the past couple of weeks my new computer has been having issues. Every 5min or so I get a BSOD with a different error. I have reinstalled windows twice so I thinks it's a hardware issue, but I don't know. I have tested the RAM and HDD on another computer and they worked fine on there so I think it's my CPU, MOBO, or PSU( it's a cheap 20$ one I got on amazon) My temps are fine half the time, but sometimes it get to like 50, so that may be a issue .
Any Suggestions?

A shoddy PSU can cause hardware issues, so I would replace that first.

Ok, my friend is going to let me borrow his to see if it fixes the problem.

have you installed all the correct drivers for your parts?  Re-installing windows may have reset your drivers causing more problems

you can get the AMD drivers Here.  It also doesn't hurt to look for any Mobo drivers.

If that doesn't work I would recommend a new PSU from a reputable brand.

Are you running an SSD or just a regular harddrive?

I don't know the errors you're getting specifically, but chances are you have a cpu and ram compatibility problem. Try running your ram at different speeds (2133 is a good start). Ryzen seems to be more finicky with ram compared to Intel.

UPDATE:So I tried my friends PSU and I am still getting errors. I am going to try and update my mobo but I can't get into my computer to do anything. So any recommendations. Also my RAM speed is already at 2133
