Random black screens and restarts with healthy system.

So i have this fairly old system :
i3 4170 

GTX 750 TI
8 gigs of hyperx ram

1TB WD blue 

And it's been running great for the past 4-3 years,

Today after i installed an cryorig H7 and changed casre and  changed psu for a bbetter one (betfinex 600 watts).
 i started having random stops and monitor going black then it restarts. 
Cpu and GPU temps are actually better than normal and i've ran a windows mem test and no errors are found.
There are no weird noises and everthing seems to be running fine expect for the random crashes.

P.S: after the win mem test the computer went into a restart loop that lasted for 3 to 2 restarts than opened windows

Try swapping the gpu ports the second and main monitor are plugged into.  If it still flickers on the second monitor, you may have a monitor issue.  Also make sure all the cables are firmly connected and your gpu drivers are up to date.

Figured out monitor thingy after writing post(going to edit)
But still the weird crashes and restarts are here
