CSGO and The Crew lag

hello 

the csgo lag a lot (during in C2C fight) and the crew lag 

when the crew was offered for free i got 60 fps all the time what ever the condition is, now it perform bad and lag 

on csgo it also stutter really bad  see the fps chart Here

pc spec 

amd fx 4300

750ti 

8gb memory 1333 MHz

78LMt-USB3 (Rev 5.0)

Does it happen on every map? 

 

If you open console and type 

 

sv_lan 1

map de_shorttrain

bot_kick

 

do you lag while running around? Throwing nades etc?

yes it happen and lag during in smoke and  intensive fight dont know i play in lowest setting at 1024x768

in the console type net_graph 1 and give me an average ping also have you tried taking a look at the video settings? you might have to play at a low low low quality.
