About 4 years ago, I bought a prebuilt and now it's super outdated. A few months back, I upgraded the graphics card to get a little more life and because the old one's fan broke. Now I want to buy the rest of a full system. I can take out the 450W power supply out of the prebuilt, as well as my 1 TB HDD, and I will be carrying over the 1060 3gb I bought. In a few years, I plan to upgrade to a much better screen and a much better graphics card like a 1080 or 1080Ti. For the sake of not having to buy a whole new system in the future since I plan to use this one for many years, I am buying an overpowered cpu for my current graphics card and a motherboard that allows overclocking. The only thing that I have already bought is the 7700k. I am currently in a bidding war on ebay for a dual channel 16gb kit of ripjaws V. Looking for advice, like any changes I should make or deals to look for to get a better overall price but maintain same performance or better. I've built one pc for someone else before, so I chose the same cpu cooler I told them to get because choosing one is kind of overwhelming. If anyone can suggest a better cooler for similar price that would be great. I am going for a black/white/blue theme because my razer blackwidow ultimate classic keyboard kinda locks me into blue leds if I want everything to match.

***UPDATE: everything is bought except for ram, the pcpartpicker list is no longer accurate to what I bought. Need to find a deal for ram now
