[How To Fix] User Login Service Failed

Just today, I was having the worst panic attack, my laptop was dead, I was sure of it. I would get to the login screen, imput my password, and get the error message that the login service failed.

 

now, my laptop is almost as important to me as my desktop, If not even more (not in a gaming sense, but ALOT of my personal files are stored on it) so i was in a pretty terrible state of shock to find that my laptop has become unusable.

Hmm...never heard of this problem before. Good to know there's a simple fix .
