Surface 3 LTE Sim Tray

Hey does anyone have any idea where I could look to get a replacement sim tray for a surface 3 LTE? I called Microsoft and the only option is to replace the entire surface because they don't sell any replacement parts apparently. I even went to a Microsoft store just to double check and got the same response. I have been browsing around ebay and stuff but no luck.

I'm not really sure of many things you could do if you can't find a replacement. But if you end up not being able to find another way, you might be able to find an old broken/smashed surface 3 LTE for a cheap price on ebay and then take it apart and take the tray out and put it in the new phone. I only suggest this as a last resort since it would be very difficult and you could break your phone in the process. Just wanted to give you some idea if you end up desperate.
