GTX Titan + GTX Titan Black = SLI?

Greetings dear LTT community!

so it's been a great year and all for gaming, i currently have a GTX Titan in my rig and i have a friend of mine selling a GTX Titan BLACK, as i do have a great psu im thinking of possibly doing a SLI setup!
so i've been lurking around the net and i havent found any useful details but my question is :
Can you SLI a GTX Titan with a GTX Titan black?
the titan black is with the silver cooler, not the maxwell or pascal titan's
it looks that the titan black is oc'ed better than the OG titan

these are the same gk110 cores so its a different story

Same cores support CF on AMDs side, but not necessarily SLI support.

 

Actually, if it's from your friend, why dont you borrow it for a test? If it fails then you can give him back,

he llives far away but yeah why not, i might just buy it off him because my aquacomputer block is compatible with it and he is only selling it for 160€

Not gonna happen. Should be good just using a black though. Prefer the of myself, really hard overclockers.
