budget? Location?

 

Note that in this period RAM and GPU prices are outrageous so you will take a big hit if you build now.

Really do not recommend buying parts sucks we finally have Amd being competitive again in the CPU market but ram prices and GPU prices basically make building a PC suck. 

 

Buy prebuilt right now i seen a i5 7400+1060 3GB PC for 630$ on amazon i think it was from HP.

Not as good of a value as the R5 1600.

I'd go for R5 1600 or wait for Ryzen Refresh in April.

Ryzen 5 1600 is $160 and motherboards are also cheaper. Both use at most a gtx 1080 without having the CPU limiting GPU performance

They are the same price it seems. Still the mobo cost $30 more, and there's no future CPU upgrades for Intel.
