pc freezing problem

ok so im having problems with my pc freezing up and requiring me to do a hard reboot and it seems to happen mainly during gaming but will also happen while watching youtube or just browsing online. ive noticed that caps lock and num lock wont turn on or off while its frozen. 

specs are windows 10 64 bit, I5 6600k with an aio cooler, 16gb of ram, asus z170a motherboard, gtx 980 ti thats water cooled, evga 650 BQ power supply, 1tb wd hard drive. if i forgot anything let me know but im starting to get pretty frustrated and dont really know what else to do to troubleshoot

First, I'd download and run memtest86 from a flash drive to test your RAM.

 

Next, I'd run a AIDA64 stability test stressing everything and watching thermals.

memtest came back with no errors and aida64 ran fine with the temps reaching 40c max

could horrible wiring in the house have anything to do with it? it almost seems like anytime the furnace or refrigerator kicks on is when my computer is more likely to freeze
